Located on Kent Island in the Chesapeake Bay, Blackwater Distilling is a craft distillery inspired by the region's rich history of Prohibition-era bootleggers and legendary pirates. The distillery sought a brand identity that blended historical storytelling with a modern craft spirits aesthetic to help distinguish its products in a competitive market. My role was to create branding and packaging that celebrated the brand's heritage while establishing a bold, authentic presence that resonates with today's consumers.
